Our Advanced Course – Infants & Toddlers covers all elements of running a tongue tie clinic and includes an additional observation day at Enhance Tongue Tie Clinic.
Following the advanced course, dental teams will be equipped with ample knowledge of the protocols, procedures and equipment to perform tongue tie surgery and to ensure high quality treatment and patient care.
6.5 CPD Hours (6.5 CERPS for IBCLCs)
Participants will learn:
Management of tongue and lip ties in infants & toddlers
Advanced diagnosis related to infant tongue and lip ties
How to perform a thorough oral restriction consultation
The importance of an interdisciplinary approach
How to work with a lactation consultant
How to work with body workers (eg chiropractors/osteopaths)
Record taking, questionnaires and consent forms
In-depth, tried and tested protocols to use in your practice
Practice management considerations
Scope of practice, compliance with regulations
Practice integration and patient care
Completion of the Foundation Course is an essential prerequisite for participation in the Advanced Course.
The Advanced Course includes a complimentary observation day at Enhance Tongue Tie Clinic at Enhance Dentistry in the Brisbane suburb of Milton, Queensland. Previous participants describe this observation day as worth the price of admission alone as it provides a very practical demonstration of how to treat oral restrictions in your practice. Don’t forget to book your place for the Observation Day when booking for the Advanced Course. There are limited places available in the sessions either side of the course weekend so book early as places fill quickly.
The Advanced Course includes the provision of a comprehensive resources, including an extensive workbook containing the compiled wisdom of decades of clinical experience and the treatment of many thousands of patients. This book provides a detailed outline of the world leading protocols used at Enhance Dentistry and Heal Dental Care.

Cancellation Policy
Please note if you wish to cancel your registration at any time before the expiry of the early bird period, an administration fee of 10% of your registration fee will be levied with the remainder refunded to you. If you wish to cancel after the expiry of the early bird, you will be refunded 50% of the registration fee. No refunds are available for cancellations within 28 days of the event.
